Write down whatever answers you come up with (in the form of a sentence) twice right now, and twice before you go to bed tonight. Then wake up tomorrow and look at what you have written. See if this has started the momentum of positive change in your life. Now sign the paper, this is now a commitment to yourself. Start actively changing this aspect of your life, and keep this scrap of paper to remind you of your commitment to yourself.
